Dear All!
Since you seem to be interested in where I eat (I take that from the clicks-on-links statistics of last week's letter Barcelona Brutal), I started a little guide on Instagram which will likely diversify over time into different sub-categories, so you're more than welcome to follow it.
One of many highlights of last week was my visit to the capital of fine violins, Cremona, where I learned a lot at the very-visit-worthy Museo del Violino. Interestingly, there's not one verified image / painting of master luthier (violin maker) Antonio Stradivari - a legend in every sense of the word!
At Teatro Ponchielli, I attended the superb concert by Clarissa Bevilacqua, Carlotta Maestrini and Italian star cellist Giovanni Sollima and loved the way how they went from Beethoven's Trio op. 1 No.1 straight into Chop Suey! by System Of A Down.
Here's my first ever Apple Music playlist with some of my favorite artists and pieces, also featuring many new discoveries which I haven't previously listed.
